Every business is unique and needs a healthy team. With the Working Geius Assessment you can leverage the collective genius of your team to improve collaboration and productivity.
After the initial inquiry, you and your team members will complete the Working Genius Assessment! We will then host (or let you host) a workshop where we dig into your team’s map to find out what is bringing you energy, what’s dragging your team down, and where we can create better efficiency!

After analyzing your team’s geniuses and frustrations, you’ll be able to see where your team has a surplus of energy and where they are lacking. By creating a unified language and dissolving guilt & judgement, your team will be primed to become a more efficient & energized group.

We will quote your price based on the number of people participating in the workshop, how many take the assessment, and the length of the workshop! We’ve helped groups as small as 5 and as large as 40!

Fill out the Google form above, and we will set up a meeting with the team lead/decision maker. After that, we’ll distribute your test licenses. Once all assessments are taken, we’ll take a week to analyze your team map. Finally, we’ll schedule the workshop and come change your team’s trajectory!
